Leaders are people that are good or bad who can influence people to change the world.
A leader has to be honest because if you are not honest people will think you’re not a good leader. If you are honest you will get more followers. Honesty means you have values.
A leader shows respect because you will get respect from your followers. If you don’t respect people, people will know that you are not respectful and mean.
A leader shows kindness. If you show your followers will be kind to you, like being respectful.
A leader is a role model to their followers. Because your followers will follow you and what you do.
